NOTICE OF PUBLIC OPEN HOUSE PROPOSED

RESIDENTIAL LOT DEVELOPMENT AT SEARCHMONT RESORT

Sault Ste. Marie Economic Development Corporation (SSMEDC) has initiated the planning process to create up to 16 residential lots on Resort lands.

The SSMEDC has been working with the Searchmont Ski Association and Sault North Planning Board through the initial stages of this proposal. A conceptual lot layout has been developed and requirements of various agencies have been identified.

The SSMEDC recognizes the importance of informing and involving the Community of Searchmont in this process and are hosting a public Open House to provide an overview of the proposal and to seek input from the Community.

The Open House is scheduled to occur on Thursday May 11th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the Searchmont Community Hall.
